These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application Hub for Minecraft: Mods Addons (the “Application”) provided by MTiS studio (“Service Provider,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
If you publish community textures, skins, or related materials through the Application, you must also comply with our Community Content Terms.
This is an unofficial application for Minecraft. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Mojang AB, Microsoft, or any of their subsidiaries. The Minecraft Name, the Minecraft Brand, and the Minecraft Assets are the property of Mojang AB or their respective owners. All rights reserved, in accordance with Mojang’s brand guidelines.
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes and strictly in accordance with these Terms.
The Application and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding Minecraft IP referenced in Section 2 and third-party content referenced in Section 16) are and will remain the exclusive property of MTiS studio and its licensors. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
The Application may include a Skin Creator, paint tools, 3D preview, drafts, project history, custom textures, and export features that let you create, edit, save, and export Minecraft-style skins and related materials for personal use.
Some features (such as community publishing, favorites, referrals, messages, or syncing certain data) may require you to sign in with a supported account method (for example Google or Apple).
The Application may offer virtual currency (“Hub Coins” or similar), unlocks, rewards, or other virtual items.
If you publish textures, skins, or related materials to the community catalog, you must accept and follow our Community Content Terms, which govern ownership, licenses, moderation, monetization, reports, and removal.
Using community content published by other users is subject to the licenses described in those Terms and within the Application.
We may offer referral links, invite rewards, or promotional programs. These programs may change or end at any time. Abuse, fake accounts, self-referrals, or manipulation may result in forfeiture of rewards and account action.
The Application is ad-supported. We may display banner, interstitial, rewarded, native, and app-open ads to fund the Service.
Ads may be served through Google AdMob and, where enabled, through mediation partners such as Unity Ads. Ad partners may collect device and usage data as described in our Privacy Policy.
In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland we use a consent flow (including Google UMP / IAB TCF where applicable). You can manage ad personalization through in-app privacy controls and your device settings.
The Application may include links to third-party websites or services and may integrate third-party SDKs or APIs. Those third parties have their own terms and privacy policies. Without limitation, we may use:
We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
The Application is a family-friendly Minecraft companion that may be used by children. When you start using the Application, we may ask for your age so we can apply appropriate privacy, advertising, and safety settings described in our Privacy Policy.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their child’s use of the Application.
Your use of the Application is at your sole risk. The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and course of performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MTiS studio and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to: (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Application; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party; (iii) content obtained from the Application (including mods, maps, skins, community textures, or other addons); and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete it from your device.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you access the Application from outside Ukraine, you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by posting the new Terms on this page and/or within the Application. Continued use of the Application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you agree that we may process your data as described therein.
The Application includes and provides access to various types of third-party content, such as Mods, Textures, Maps, and Skins.
Some third-party content, particularly Mods, Textures, and Maps, may be distributed under open-source licenses. Where applicable, these include, but are not limited to:
Complete license texts and attributions for such licensed content, where provided by the creators, can be found in the “Licenses” section of each corresponding card item within the Application.
Skins and other graphical assets (e.g., PNG images) are generally the private property of their respective creators. We do not claim ownership of third-party graphical assets; all rights remain with the original creators. Unless a license is explicitly stated, such content should be considered all rights reserved. While we strive to ensure all content is appropriately sourced and used with permission, we do not provide explicit license texts for individual Skins within the Application.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. All third-party content is attributed to its respective authors or creators. If you believe any content in the Application, including images, designs, or any other assets used in Skins or elsewhere, infringes your intellectual property rights, you can use the “Report” button associated with that content. We take intellectual property rights seriously and, upon verification of a valid claim, the infringing content will be removed from the Application.
