1. Introduction
This privacy policy applies to the Hub for Minecraft: Mods Addons app (the "Application")
for mobile devices that was created by MTiS studio (the "Service Provider") as an ad-supported service.
This service is intended for use "AS IS".
This policy describes how MTiS studio ("we," "us," or "Owner") collects, uses, and shares personal data
through the Application.
This document has been prepared to meet the requirements of multiple legislations, including the General Data
Protection Regulation (GDPR) and U.S. State Privacy Laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
This Privacy Policy works together with our Terms of Use and Community Content Terms. Those documents govern your use of the
Service and community publishing; this policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal data.

3. Types of Data Collected
The Application collects the following types of Personal Data, either by itself or through third parties:
- Usage Data: Information about how you use the Application, such as session times, pages
visited, in-app activity, downloads, and feature usage.
- Device Information: Unique device identifiers for advertising (e.g., Google
Advertising ID, IDFA), IP address, operating system version, app version, device model, language, and
other technical information.
- Account Data (optional): If you sign in, we may receive your account identifier, email
address, display name, nickname, profile photo URL, and authentication provider (for example Google or
Apple).
- User-Generated Content: Skins, textures, previews, titles, descriptions, reports,
feedback, and related metadata you submit through Skin Creator or community features. When you publish
community content, your chosen nickname or display name (public author name) is stored with the
publication and may be shown to other users, for example as author attribution in the community
catalog.
- Support and Feedback Data: Messages, ratings, app reviews, bug reports, and device
labels you voluntarily submit.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: Trackers used for analytics and advertising purposes.
- Approximate Geographic Location: Data derived from IP address and used for analytics,
fraud prevention, and serving location-relevant content or ads.
Personal Data may be provided voluntarily by the User or collected automatically when using this Application.
Failure to provide certain data may make it impossible for this Application to provide its services.
4. Purposes and Legal Basis of Processing
We process your data for the following purposes:
- Operating and improving the Application: Ensuring the Application functions correctly
and improving its features.
- Legal Basis (GDPR): Legitimate interest to maintain and improve our service.
- Accounts and community features: Authentication, publishing, favorites, referrals,
messages, moderation, and creator tools.
- Legal Basis (GDPR): Contract performance; legitimate interest; consent where required.
- Analytics: Understanding user behavior to improve user experience.
- Legal Basis (GDPR): Consent or legitimate interest.
- Advertising: Displaying personalized and non-personalized advertising, including
rewarded ads used to unlock downloads or virtual currency.
- Legal Basis (GDPR): Consent. We obtain user consent for personalized advertising
through a Consent Management Platform (CMP) compliant with the IAB TCF v2.2 framework in the
EEA, UK, and Switzerland.
- Legal Basis (U.S. State Privacy Laws): We provide users in applicable states with the
opportunity to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information for
cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Children: If you indicate you are under 13, we serve child-directed, non-personalized
ads only and limit ad content ratings. See Section 9.

our rights and users from malicious activity.

5. Third-Party Services
The Application uses third-party services that may collect and process user data. Below is a list of our key
partners and links to their privacy policies:
- Google Play Services: Essential services for the functionality of Android apps.
- AdMob (Google LLC): Advertising service used to display ads in the Application.
- Unity Ads (Unity Technologies) via AdMob Mediation: When enabled, ads may be filled
through Google AdMob mediation by Unity Ads.
- Data Processed: Advertising ID, IP address, device information, ad interactions, fraud
prevention signals, and related advertising/analytics data as described by Unity.
- We pass GDPR consent to Unity Ads mediation where applicable through the Google Mobile Ads
mediation plugin.

- Google Analytics for Firebase (Google LLC): Analytics service to understand app usage.
- Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC): Crash reporting service to identify and fix bugs.
- Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Storage, and App Check (Google LLC):
Backend services for accounts, community content, referrals, messaging, security, and file hosting.

and unlock records, referral data, and operational logs.

6. User Rights
You have specific rights regarding your personal data. These include:

and others), you may have additional rights, which can include:
- The right to know what personal data we have collected about you.
- The right to delete personal data we have collected from you.
- The right to opt-out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal data for targeted
advertising.
- The right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- The right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.
We do not discriminate against users for exercising their privacy rights.
You can exercise these rights through the mechanisms provided within the Application's privacy settings or by
contacting us directly.
How to Exercise Your Rights

your request free of charge, as early as possible and always within one month, in accordance with legal
requirements.
7. Data Deletion Request
You have the right to request the permanent deletion of personal data we have collected from you, including
account-related data where applicable.
To request data deletion, please send an email to mtisprod@gmail.com.
We will process your
request promptly, typically within 2–3 business days. Please note that deleting your data is an irreversible
action and may affect the availability of certain Application features.
You may also use our account/data deletion request page if available.
8. Opting Out of Interest-Based Advertising
You can opt out of personalized advertising through:
- Your mobile device settings (e.g., "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on
Android).
- The privacy controls presented to you within the Application, which may include consent choices and,
where applicable, a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link for U.S. states.
- Industry opt-out platforms like the Network Advertising Initiative or the Digital Advertising Alliance
(AppChoices).
- Unity privacy choices described in Unity's privacy policy, where Unity Ads is used.
9. Children’s Privacy
Hub for Minecraft is a family-friendly companion app for Minecraft. Children may use the
Application with age-appropriate safeguards. We are committed to protecting children’s privacy
in accordance with applicable laws, including the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) where
it applies.
Age information
When you first use the Application, we may ask you to select your age. We use this information to apply
age-appropriate settings for advertising, analytics, and feature availability. If you do not provide your age,
we apply conservative child-safety defaults.
Users under 13
If you indicate that you are under 13 years old (or we otherwise treat your session as child-directed):
- We configure advertising as child-directed and limit ad content to age-appropriate
ratings;
- We do not serve personalized advertising based on your interests;
- We disable Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics data collection;
- Account sign-in, community publishing, referrals, and other features intended for users aged 13 and
older are not available.
Information we collect from children
We and our advertising partners (including AdMob and Unity Ads mediation, where enabled) may still collect
limited technical information necessary to deliver the Application and child-directed or non-personalized ads
(such as device type, app version, operating system, and coarse IP-based region). We do not knowingly collect
more personal information from children than reasonably necessary to participate in the Application’s
activities.
Parental rights
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us, or if you wish
to review, delete, or refuse further collection of your child’s information, please contact us at mtisprod@gmail.com. We will respond promptly and take appropriate
action.
Where required, we apply child-directed and under-age-of-consent settings to ads and analytics as described
above.
10. Data Security and Retention
We use physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process. While we strive
to provide reasonable security, no system can prevent all potential security breaches.
We retain Personal Data for as long as required for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required
by law. Once the retention period expires, the Personal Data will be deleted.
11. Data Transfers
Your data is processed on servers which may be located outside of your country of residence, including in the
United States. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place for any international data transfers in
compliance with applicable laws.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by
posting the new policy on this page and/or within the Application. You are advised to review this Privacy
Policy periodically for any changes.
If changes affect processing activities based on your consent, we will collect new consent where required.
